Event & Wedding Executive – 4 Hotel – Trim*
Salary: DOE (Dependent on Experience)
Location: Trim, Co. Meath

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious 4-star hotel in Trim to recruit a dynamic and detail-oriented Event & Wedding Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional event and wedding experiences in one of Ireland’s most scenic and sought-after venues.

As Event & Wedding Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering weddings, private functions, and corporate events from initial enquiry through to execution. You will work closely with clients and hotel departments to ensure every detail is flawlessly planned and delivered to the highest standard.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all wedding and event enquiries from initial contact to post-event follow-up.

  • Conduct venue show-arounds and client meetings, offering expert advice and guidance.

  • Prepare detailed proposals, function sheets, and event contracts.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, etc.) to ensure seamless event delivery.

  • Ensure all events meet or exceed client expectations, maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities for the events department.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM updates.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar events, wedding, or sales coordination role in a hotel or venue setting.

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of customer care.

  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/event management systems.

  • Candidates must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

  • Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
