Noel Group is currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a client based in Galway. You will be responsible for in all activities relating to the smooth and efficient operation of the depot, ensuring a high level of customer service is always maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service
• Warehousing operations
• Maximising sales potential from the depot, through upselling and generating sales from existing and potential customers along with following up on opportunities.
• Inputting and maintaining order entry / sales dockets in the company computerised systems ▪
• Customer transactions involving cash handling and credit card transactions
• Bank lodgements to be conducted on a regular basis to avoid the build-up of cash on site.
• Liaising with other company functions, such as distribution, finance, customer services and quality.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with database management.
• Excellent data entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
