We’re looking for experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisors to join our high-performing team in Portlaoise. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows their way around a forklift, and can lead a team with confidence – even when the pressure’s on.

You’ll play a key role in keeping things moving behind the scenes, managing inwards goods, registering stock accurately, and making sure tight deadlines are met without missing a beat.

Responsibilities:

• Taking full ownership of the inwards goods (VIP) process – receiving, checking, and processing deliveries with speed and accuracy

• Ensuring all stock is registered correctly in the system – maintaining up-to-date and error-free inventory records

• Managing daily warehouse operations through peak periods and tight deadlines, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency

• Leading a team on the warehouse floor – assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting a productive and positive work environment

• Operating a forklift daily as part of your core duties – safely moving, unloading, and storing goods in line with company procedures and safety standards

• Collaborating with other departments (e.g. dispatch, stock control, admin) to ensure smooth end-to-end warehouse performance

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace in compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• Must have forklift experience (valid licence required)

• Manual Handling

• Proven experience supervising warehouse teams

• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
