Here at Noel Group, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager in Cork City Centre. Our client is a well-knows grocery retailer. The ideal Store Manager will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a customer-focused approach. You will oversee all aspects of store performance, including sales, staffing, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards. Your ability to drive efficiency and profitability while maintaining high levels of service will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.

Lead and motivate store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food regulations.

Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and waste control.

Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns professionally.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to optimize team performance.

Monitor financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics to meet business objectives.

Implement merchandising strategies to enhance store layout and product visibility.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective stock procurement.

Proven experience as a Store Manager, or in a similar leadership role in the retail industry.
