At the Noel group, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Spa Therapist. As the new spa therapist you’ll be responsible for delivering top-quality face and body treatments while ensuring each guest enjoys a truly memorable spa experience. There are plenty of chances to earn commission in product selling and treatments.

Our client is a 4 star hotel in southern Wicklow. This hotel has 86 bedrooms with 6 treatment rooms at their spa. They are always on the look out for passionate people to deliver world-class hospitality in a sustainable manor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform outstanding face and body treatments, adhering to The Spa standards and using premium organic products.
• Provide personalized guidance on treatments and products that enhance each guest’s spa experience.
• Ensure every guest feels valued and pampered, creating an unforgettable spa experience.
• Actively promote and recommend treatments and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.
• Uphold high cleanliness and hygiene standards across all spa areas.
• Engage in ongoing training to expand expertise in our specialized skincare lines, including VOYA, ILA, and FLOURISH.

Qualifications:

• Fully qualified and experienced in a similar spa environment.
• Certified in facial and body treatments at CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Salary & Benefits

• €16.20 an hour
• 4 day work week
• Commission based programme – pay per treatment & products sold.
