Noel Group are looking for a proactive and experienced Spa Manager in Waterford. As the new Spa Manager, you will showcase your strong background in spa management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Our client is a 39 room, luxury 5 star hotel in Waterford. They are located close to both Cork and Waterford. As a hotel, they are committed to providing guests with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel spa, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
• Ensure a hands on approach and assist in treatments when business requires.
• Ensure that the spa maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer service
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and attract new clientele
• Train and mentor spa staff to deliver exceptional treatments and uphold the highest level of professionalism
• Collaborate with hotel management to coordinate spa services with other hotel amenities and events
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, and make strategic recommendations to drive revenue and cost efficiency
• Conducting regular inspections of the spa facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role within a luxury spa or wellness center, preferably in a 5-star hotel setting.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse team
• Certification or training in Spa Management, Wellness, or Beauty Therapy is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to drive revenue through effective marketing and promotional strategies
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, with a focus on safety and sanitation protocols

Salary:

• €45,000 – €50,000
