Are you an experienced Site Manager or Site Engineer ready to step up in your career? We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of modular building projects – from groundworks to handover – ensuring the highest standards in safety, quality, and programme delivery.

Location: Dublin 15

Role Purpose

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site construction of high-spec modular buildings, ensuring that all phases are completed on time, to spec, and in line with safety regulations. You’ll manage contractors, ensure compliance with BCAR, and deliver weekly progress reports.

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations – for yourself and your team
• Supervise modular construction projects from groundworks to final handover
• Coordinate and manage all on-site contractors and sub-contractors
• Perform site engineering and setting out duties
• Oversee BCAR administration
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Operations team

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a similar Site Manager role or strong experience as a Site Engineer
• Proven experience with design & build projects and design coordination
• Excellent understanding of Irish building regulations
• Strong leadership, people management, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple tasks
