Site Manager
Noel Recruitment are looking to hire an experienced Site Manager for a project in Athlone. Managing a site workforce in a safe and diligent manner, to the highest possible standard, on time and in line with the Programme, specification and design information provided.

Responsibilities :

· Overseeing construction operations on a designated site.

· Ensuring that work complies with building regulations.

· Working with an appointed safety manager to ensure all safety regulations are being adhered to.

· Co -Ordinating day to day site activities and nominated sub-contractors.

· Liaising with Head office to ensure materials and labour are requested to site when required.

· Carrying out Daily & weekly safety checks and ensuring appointed sub-contractors are adhering to safety protocol.

· Monitoring the construction programme and enabling the subcontractors to carry out their works in accordance with their contract programme.

· Ensuring quality checks are carried out at various stages of the build & ensuring QA checks are being carried out.

· Liaising with Local authority representatives and assigned certifiers to obtain handover of completed phases.

· Dealing with any day-to-day issues which could hold up work as they arise.

· Liaising closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyors regarding budgets.

· Working closely with junior staff, Sub Contractors, engineers, and external utility companies.

· Updating and reporting back to head office regularly on progress.

· Liaising with clients and keeping them updated on progress and upcoming milestones.

· Embrace digital technology & Modern Methods of Construction systems used by Framespace.

· Organise and liaise with the factory to schedule deliveries
