Senior QC Analyst

Noel Group are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior QC Analyst. Joining a dynamic team based in a cutting-edge, single-use, multi-product biologics facility, as Senior QC Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting new product introductions and performing a variety of tests using advanced laboratory instrumentation and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct QC testing to support product release, stability programs, and regulatory submissions.
• Support new product introductions and method transfers into the QC laboratory.
• Ensure testing is carried out in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), corporate quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Actively contribute to the development of the lab as a center of excellence for specialized analytical testing.
• Drive a culture of safety and quality with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze trends, and participate in root cause investigations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PDTS, Manufacturing Operations, and global quality teams to support site and network objectives.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, ownership, and high performance.

What you Bring to the Role:

• A degree in Science, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in biotechnology and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid knowledge of analytical testing and relevant regulatory guidelines (GMP, ICH, USP, global compendia).
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, Lean, 5S (preferred).
