Senior Operations Manager

The Noel Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all operational activities within our client’s corporate catering and hospitality department at the prestigious venue in Dublin.

As a key leader within our client organization, you will ensure seamless operations, deliver exceptional service, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Event Management and Logistics for all large-scale events
• Oversee all aspects of operational activities within the corporate catering and hospitality department
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
• Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and transparency within the operations team
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the corporate catering or hospitality industry
• Ability to manage different sites
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities
• In-depth understanding of operational processes and best practices within the catering and hospitality sector
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Salary

• €60,000 to €65,000 plus 10% Bonus
