Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie
Location: Cork
Salary: €38,000 per annum
3 days off 4 days working

The Noel Group is are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Senior Chef de Partie to join their talented culinary team in Cork for a life balance shift 3 days off 4 days working.

As Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting junior team members. You will have responsibility for managing a designated section and ensuring service runs smoothly.

The successful candidate will have strong grill experience and a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Roster on 3 days off 4 days working.
  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard, focusing on quality and consistency

  • Lead and manage your section, especially during busy service periods

  • Demonstrate strong experience on the grill section, ensuring all meats and proteins are cooked accurately and safely

  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP regulations

  • Assist in menu development and contribute ideas for daily specials

  • Support junior team members with training and guidance

  • Work closely with senior kitchen management to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen

  • Strong grill experience is essential

  • Excellent understanding of culinary techniques, presentation, and portion control

  • A team player with strong communication and time management skills

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided
