We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team in Naas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive the commercial success of a luxury hospitality venue.

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales and marketing plan to grow revenue across all business segments. You will lead the sales function and oversee marketing activities to ensure the hotel’s visibility and competitiveness within the market.

Our client is a highly regarded and established luxury hotel group known for delivering exceptional service and unique guest experiences. With a strong reputation in the Irish hospitality industry, they are now seeking a commercially driven and creative Sales & Marketing Manager to lead their team in Naas.

The Duties:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximise hotel revenue.

  • Manage all aspects of the sales process including corporate, leisure, MICE, and events.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue goals and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and KPIs.

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and content creation.

  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Sales & Marketing Management role within the hospitality industry.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue and achieving commercial targets.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and promotional strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.

  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

The Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: €70,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
