Her at noel we are looking for a Sales & Design Manager for our client. As the Sales & Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing outstanding design assistance to our clients. You will lead a team of sales associates, guiding them to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your keen eye for design and deep knowledge of our product offerings will enable you to assist customers in selecting the perfect tiles and bathroom fixtures to suit their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selection and design ideas.
  • Utilize your expertise in design to offer personalized design consultations, including space planning, material selection, and color coordination.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and installation methods.
  • Oversee the order process from initial consultation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify fast-moving products, and collaborate with the procurement team to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, with displays that showcase our products effectively and inspire customers
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the sales team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the tile, bathroom, or home improvement industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative flair and a passion for design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
