Our client, a busy and rapidly growing school provider, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting education services. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting sales and project functions critical to the organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including phone and email communication, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage project timelines.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records.

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and sales staff through data entry, invoicing, and customer communications.

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and field technicians to support timely project execution.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account and project files.

  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and professional.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role. (Experience in the solar or construction industry is a strong plus.)

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in office management are a plus).
