Our client, a busy and rapidly growing school provider, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting education services. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting sales and project functions critical to the organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative operations, including phone and email communication, and maintaining office supplies.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage project timelines.

Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records.

Provide administrative support to project managers and sales staff through data entry, invoicing, and customer communications.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and field technicians to support timely project execution.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account and project files.

Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and professional.
Requirements:

Proven experience in office administration or a similar role. (Experience in the solar or construction industry is a strong plus.)

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in office management are a plus).
