Job Title: Revenue Manager – Galway
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 per annum plus bonus (OTE based on targets)
Location: Galway, Ireland
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced and motivated Revenue Manager.

The Revenue Manager plays a critical role in driving hotel revenue through strategic planning, forecasting, and rate management.
Reporting to both the Reservations Manager and the General Manager, the Revenue Manager works closely with the Reservations Manager and the Reservations Coordinator to optimise occupancy, rate performance, and profit margins across all sales channels.
Our client is a well-established luxury hotel in Galway, renowned for delivering high-quality guest experiences and hospitality excellence.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise occupancy and revenue.

Monitor competitor pricing and market trends, adjusting rates and offers accordingly.

Manage and update OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) ensuring rate parity and content accuracy.

Prepare detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to develop and implement packages and promotions.

Ensure effective inventory management across all platforms and booking systems.

Contribute to budget planning and financial strategy discussions.

Maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and suppliers.
Requirements:

Previous experience in the same or similar revenue management role in the hospitality sector.

Understanding of revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies.

Experience managing OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia).

Strong analytical and reporting skills-able to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, email marketing) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple systems and tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics preferred.

Flexible and proactive mindset, with a drive to continuously improve results.

Knowledge of the Irish hotel market is an advantage.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
