The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations.
This includes ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving business growth.
The manager will lead a team well established staff and support those to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage the team and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and excellence.
- Ensure that every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards for preparation, food & beverage presentation, and overall food quality.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency.
- Manage inventory levels of supplies, and food items.
- Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Streamline and optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, expenses, and revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine the menu offerings.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and menu launches.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management.
- Strong understanding of restaurant equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
