Job Title: Regional Operations Manager – Accommodation & Support Services

Location: Nationwide (Ireland-based with travel required)

Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Reports To: Head of Operations

About the Role

The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We’re proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented Regional Manager to overlook sites around the country

We’re seeking an experienced and energetic Regional Operations Manager to lead a network of accommodation service sites across Ireland. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to drive operational excellence, maintain high service standards, and lead strong, motivated teams will be critical to success.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple sites, supporting local teams, and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and client-focused experience is delivered at every level. You’ll also play a central role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Site Managers and local teams to achieve consistent operational excellence
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all locations (including HIQA, HACCP, health & safety)
  • Monitor and drive financial performance, including budget management and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong, solution-focused relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide visible, responsive leadership
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members across multiple sites
  • Support local operations directly during key periods, including staff cover and openings
  • Identify areas for improvement or expansion, contributing to service innovation and growth
  • Manage complex employee relations matters in collaboration with HR

Key Requirements

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior multi-site operational leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing teams and services in accommodation, hospitality, or support services
  • Strong financial acumen, with full P&L accountability experience
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (particularly HACCP and health & safety legislation)
  • Ability to travel across Ireland, with occasional overnight stays
  • Resilient, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-impact service
