The Noel Group is seeking Temp Recruitment Consultants in Cork to join our Hospitality team, if you are looking for a change in direction or looking to progress your career in recruitment this is the job for you! We offer an attractive base salary and uncapped commission package. Experience in the hospitality field is desired with good customer service skills and an ability to multitask with a keen eye for detail.

Role

• Manage your own desk with a focus on growing existing and new business to maximise revenue
• Resource and recruit staff for various roles throughout the hospitality sector
• Client business development and staff existing requirements
• Candidate management
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strive to achieve monthly targets
• Coming up with creative strategies to attract, recruit and place candidates

Skills Required

• Agency temp recruitment experience is an advantage however, a strong sales ability is required
• Strong customer service / account management experience
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi task
• Positive, upbeat, outgoing personality
• Strong administration skills
