Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid) & Cork (Hybrid)

Noel Group, a division of the Facilitas Group, is seeking an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a proven background in 360 recruitment and a strong understanding of at least one of the following sectors: Construction, Warehouse & Logistics, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Life Science & Engineering.

About the Role
As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients
- Deliver high-quality permanent recruitment solutions across your sector of focus
- Source and attract top candidates through various sourcing strategies
- Engage in proactive business development and attend relevant networking events
- Collaborate with the management team on new projects and strategic initiatives
- Develop effective sales and sourcing plans to meet and exceed targets
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 years’ agency recruitment experience, ideally in one of the listed sectors
- Proven success in a 360 recruitment role, including business development and account management
- Ability to manage key client relationships and confidently pitch to stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own desk effectively
