A well-established boutique hotel in the heart of Dublin City Centre is seeking a professional, welcoming, and well-organised Hotel Receptionist to join its front office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and guest service to work in a stylish, friendly, and guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests with a warm and friendly approach.

Manage check-outs and handle payments accurately.

Respond to guest inquiries, offering helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area.

Handle phone and email bookings professionally and efficiently.

Use hotel management software to maintain accurate records and reservations.

Support general front office and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a hotel receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred, but not essential.

Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken English.

Comfortable using computers and hotel booking systems.

Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

A positive attitude and a natural passion for providing excellent customer service.

Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
