The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious hotel in the heart of Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, in the search for a Reception Manager to join their front-of-house team.

As Reception Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the front desk operations. You will lead and motivate a team of receptionists and concierge staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring service excellence and five-star standards at all times.

Key Duties:

  • Manage daily operations of the front office, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

  • Lead, train, and mentor the front desk team to maintain high service standards.

  • Handle guest complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Liaise with all departments to ensure guest needs are met effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, arrivals, departures, and billing.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security procedures.

  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

  • Report directly to senior management on front office performance and guest feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of front office systems (Opera or similar).

  • High attention to detail with a guest-first attitude.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
