Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Various Locations (subject to change)

Hours: Full-time, 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

Are you an experienced receptionist/administrative assistant looking for a dynamic and varied work environment? We are seeking a reliable and skilled professional to join our team on an agency basis. As a key point of contact for clients and staff, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a busy office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with document preparation, including letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Support various departments as needed, ensuring seamless office operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in different locations as needed.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • High level of written and spoken English is a must.
