Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Service Engineer to join our team in the Dublin area. Our client is a leader in their industry with a client base spannign the country.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, fault finding, and installation of various types of packaging machines, and will play a crucial role in supporting our full range of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit detailed field reports capturing all work completed on site
• Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers
• Conduct on-site system audits and evaluations
• Adhere to all safety and training practices

Qualifications

• Full valid driving license and passport
• Excellent electrical & mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years’ experience in installing and maintaining machines

Day-to-day

• Utilise specialist tools provided by the company
• Utilise company van, laptop, and mobile phone
