Temporary Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant Required

We are looking for Kitchen Porters for some varying roles in Cork and surrounding areas. If you are looking for a flexible work schedule with diverse posts day to day, then this is the role for you. We can offer full-time or part-time shifts to suit your schedule, whether you are looking for 1-2 days or more per week we have the shift for you! Candidates will have a dedicated consultant to manage their schedule, who will strive to place candidates in roles where they can excel and develop their skills.

Responsibilities and duties

• General cleaning of the kitchen and equipment and keeping to a high standard environment.
• Assisting in the preparing of dishes
• Awareness of general hygiene and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
• Flexibility with hours.
• Previous kitchen experience.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have strong organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
• Valid work permits to work in Ireland
• Manual handling and Food Safety certificates would be an advantage but not essential as we can provide this
