A leading facilities management and catering organisations seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter / Assistant to join their Limerick-based team. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced catering environment where you’ll support the kitchen team and contribute to a high standard of food service.

Key Responsibilities:

• General kitchen cleaning duties, including equipment, floors, and surfaces
• Washing of dishes, cutlery, crockery, and glassware
• Stocking and maintaining clean condiment and dining areas
• Supporting the preparation and basic presentation of food
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting in the cleaning of food service areas and vending machines
• Supporting setup and service during special functions or events

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar kitchen or catering environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to assist with additional duties as required
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
