Must be flexible with working hours.

Some responsibilities:

General cleaning of kitchen equipment and keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy, so everyone works in a high standard environment.
Day to day cleaning of the catering units and kitchen areas. Unloading and putting away deliveries. Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors. Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly. Maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards.

Food Safety – HACCP level 1 & Manual handling certificate preferably.

Monday to Friday – most likely 7/8am to 3/4pm
