Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring kitchen premises is clean and sanitized
• Mopping and sweeping floors at the commencement and finishing of shifts
• Washing utensils, cooking vessels, and cutlery promptly and timely
• Organising the delivery of tools and ingredients
• To ensure cleaning and maintenance in terms of departmental parameters
• Ensuring desirable service to the customers whenever required
• Taking out the garbage in a timely manner
• Helping the team with the preparation of food for e.g. peel and chop vegetables

The Desirable Candidate:

• Must have relevant experience
• A quick learner with a passion to work in the kitchen
• Capability to work in coordination with the other team members
• Excellent organisational skills
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure
• Optimism, and cool minded
