Kitchen Porter

Noel Group are currently seeking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our busy hospitality clients in Galway.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment, are kept clean.
• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils, ensuring they are cleaned and stored properly.
• Sorting waste such as recyclables, and ensure bins are emptied and cleaned regularly.
• Support the kitchen team with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling vegetables, preparing salads, and portioning ingredients.
• Adhere to all kitchen health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of kitchen porter or relevant experience.
• Must hold an EU Passport or have the right to work in Ireland.
• Manual Handling Certificate, and Food Safety Level 1 Certificate.
• 1-2 years of Kitchen Porter experience.
