Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality business, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Ensure all areas of the business are compliant with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Handle guest complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that values teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in a hospitality or customer service setting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
  • A deep understanding of hospitality operations, including customer service, budgeting, and staffing.
  • Passion for creating exceptional experiences for both guests and staff.
  • Flexibility and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Requirements:

  • Must have the right to work in Ireland
  • Full Time Availability – day shift
  • Manual Handling and Food Safety level 2, certificate.
