The Noel Group is are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an innovative and high-volume coffee and brunch-style venue in Dublin 6 the role is on 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen’s operations. This role is ideal for a creative and commercially minded chef with experience in modern, casual dining or high-end café environments. You will lead a small but dedicated team, with a focus on quality, presentation, consistency, and efficiency. This is a daytime-focused role with a menu built around premium breakfast, brunch, and coffee accompaniments
Our client is an established, design-led café located in one of Dublin’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Renowned for exceptional quality, stylish interiors, and a loyal customer base, this concept is part of a growing and reputable hospitality group with future expansion plans.
The Duties:

Full responsibility for the daily kitchen operation.

Lead and inspire the kitchen team in delivering a high-quality brunch-style menu.

Develop seasonal menus with a focus on modern, fresh, and wholesome dishes.

Ensure consistency in food presentation and quality.

Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen costings within budget.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and HACCP compliance.

Work closely with management to drive kitchen performance and innovation.
The Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-led café, brunch, or casual dining concept.

Passion for food trends, especially in the coffee/brunch space.

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage kitchen costs and performance metrics.

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
