As Head Chef, you will be at the helm of our kitchen operations, blending creativity with strong business acumen. Your culinary expertise will shine as you develop innovative menus tailored to our diverse clientele, ensuring every dish exceeds expectations. At the same time, your understanding of kitchen finances will help drive cost control and profitability without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Create seasonal, high-quality menus, ensuring variety and appeal for weddings, events, and daily service.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistent excellence.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP).
• Budget Management: Monitor food costs, waste, and inventory, ensuring profitability aligns with business targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the events and management teams to tailor offerings to client needs and ensure flawless service.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a head chef or senior kitchen role, ideally in a wedding or events-focused environment.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of kitchen budgets, food cost controls, and achieving profitability.
• Leadership Skills: A natural leader who fosters teamwork and motivates staff to achieve their best.
• Creativity & Quality: A passion for innovative cooking and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
