As a General Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse processes. You must have previous warehouse experience, an in-date manual handling certificate, and a commitment to reliability and excellence in communication. This is an evening /night shift role and a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general operative duties in the warehouse
• Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper manual handling practices
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Assist with stock control and inventory management as needed
• Support the team in achieving operational goals and maintaining a high standard of quality and performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous General Operative experience is essential
• Must be available and willing to work evenings/night shifts
• Flexible, reliable, hardworking, with a positive “can-do” attitude
• Strong ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to maintaining a high level of performance and safety standards

Qualifications:

• In-date manual handling certificate is required, but we can provide the training
• Warehouse experience is essential
• Flexibility in hours and shifts
