General Operative

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials and products.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for timely dispatch.
• Production Support: Assist with assembly, packaging, and production line activities.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, monitor inventory, and report any shortages or damages.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery if required.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• General Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, complying with safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

• Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in completing tasks.
• Experience: Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible: Willingness to assist in other areas of the facility as needed.
