Fulfilment Supervisor

Job description

Noel Group are looking for a Fulfilment Supervisor for our client in Naas, Kildare.

Responsibilities.

• Order Processing and Fulfilment duties such as managing orders including picking and packing.
• Collaborate with customer service team, warehouse staff, and logistics team.
• Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Regularly check packaging stock levels and order new stock when necessary.
• Train and guide fulfilment team members where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing a team in warehouse setting is required.
• Superior customer service, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
• Strong data entry and accuracy skill and experience with excel and Microsoft word.
• Strong communication skills.
