At The Noel Group we are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk and ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Resolve guest concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of the property’s amenities, services, and local area information
  • Assist with managing the PO system and inventory for front office supplies and amenities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using PO systems and maintaining inventory
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Day-to-day

  • Supervising front desk operations
  • Liaising with guests to ensure a positive experience
  • Managing inventory and PO system
  • Training and supporting front desk staff

Hours

This is a full-time position with the potential for evening and weekend shifts to support operational needs.
