We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage manager in Kildare. You will be the Food and Beverage Manager for a beautiful 4 star hotel in Kildare, a renowned establishment known for its exceptional service and culinary excellence. As the new F&B manager you will assist with training and developing the team to ensure to achieve company standards. You will also have an opportunity to grow your career within the company and further your education.

Key Duties of the Food and Beverage Manager:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Lead staff training and professional development efforts.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the guest experience

Ideal attributes:

  • Proven experience as an F&B manager or in a similar role such as banqueting or restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and financial planning.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
