The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Food & Beverage Manager to join their dynamic team in Co. Clare.
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring a high-quality guest experience, driving team performance, and achieving operational and financial goals. This is a key leadership role suited to a passionate, hands-on professional with strong commercial awareness and a focus on service excellence.
Our client is a luxury 4-star hotel located in scenic Co. Clare, known for its exceptional customer service, elegant dining experiences, and commitment to high standards across all departments.
The Duties:

Lead and manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, and events.

Deliver consistently high levels of guest service and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, ensuring team motivation and adherence to service standards.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to enhance menus and service offerings.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase revenue, efficiency, and guest experience.
The Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role within a hotel or resort environment.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Proven ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and service delivery.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.

A passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

Salary & Benefits:
