The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented Food and Beverage Manager to join their team in Killiney, Dublin.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of a well-established, luxury hotel’s dining and events offering in Killiney. This role is responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of service across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, private dining, and banqueting.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in both service delivery and team management, who can balance operational excellence with creative input to enhance the guest dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team across restaurant, bar, room service, and events departments
  • Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective operations
  • Drive service standards and team training initiatives to maintain a culture of excellence
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events team to plan menus, execute functions, and deliver consistent quality
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights and trends
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations
  • Develop strategies to enhance revenue generation, including upselling, promotions, and seasonal offers

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a senior food and beverage role, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams
  • Strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Familiarity with hotel POS systems and stock management software
