The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the Facility Management industry to search for an experienced and dedicated Facility Manager.
As Facility Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of facility services at the client’s premises in a practical and innovative way. He/she will work with the existing site-based team to deliver all day-to-day facilities services ensuring the appearance, maintenance, cleaning, vendor delivery and H&S.

Key Responsibilities
- To ensure the first-class performance and further development of the site, managing all our staff on site and specialist sub-contractors to meet our contract KPIs/SLAs.
- Support and develop the onsite team to enable them to excel at what they do best. Ensure all staff training and inductions are up to date.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Lead facility expansion or renovation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage facility-related budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Oversee procurement, negotiating contracts with service providers to optimize costs and performance.
- Conduct regular facility audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in facility management within a regulated manufacturing environment (preferably medical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries).
- Experience managing cleanrooms and critical utility systems (HVAC, water purification, compressed air, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and capital projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Degree or qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
