Experienced Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operator, you will join my client’s strong, committed, and reliable team. Responsible for the safe handling of materials in and out of the warehouse. Additionally, you will be responsible for the efficient acceptance, recording, put-away and storage of all products arriving on site.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and adhere to all applicable company procedures/policies/processes.
• Carry out and complete all tasks as per training and procedure.
• Follow all reasonable instructions issued by supervisors or management.
• Operate safely and correctly all Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) and their attachments as per training and procedure.
• Assist and support the induction and training of warehouse staff with a focus on attitude and culture.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Warehouse Operative
• Previous experience working with a WMS system
• Any MHE experience or licenses (Fork Lift Truck, Narrow Aisle Machine, Pallet Truck etc) would be an advantage
• Be Process Driven
• Pro-active in communication skills between departments
