As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operation of this well-regarded property, ensuring exceptional guest service across all departments. Our client is a luxury hotel situated in the heart of Enniscrone, known for its stunning location, outstanding service, and long-standing reputation for excellence in guest experience. The hotel caters to a mix of leisure, spa, and corporate guests and prides itself on its high standards and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient service across departments.

Provide leadership and support to front-line staff in Reception, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping.

Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed communication logs to ensure seamless operations.

Support departmental heads in achieving service excellence and operational targets.

Assist in training new staff and ensuring consistent adherence to company standards and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
The Requirements:

Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role within a 3* or 4* hotel setting.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

A hands-on, guest-focused approach and a strong commitment to customer service.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office suite.

Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

The Salary & Benefits:

€35,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).
