The Noel Group are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Duty Manager for their hotel in Galway. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to join a highly respected hotel group known for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As Duty Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests receive the highest standard of service at all times. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate across departments, resolve guest queries effectively, and lead the team on shift to uphold the hotel’s brand standards.

The Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel during your shift.

• Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling any issues or special requests.

• Ensure seamless communication between departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.

• Support and guide team members, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.

• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where necessary.

• Conduct inspections and ensure health & safety and brand standards are consistently met.

• Assist in training and onboarding of new team members.

The Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or duty manager role within a hotel environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

The Salary & Benefits:
