About the Role:

We at Noel Group are helping our client in Mallow is looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and experienced Deli Manager to lead and manage our deli department. Our Client is one of Ireland’s leading convenience brand, with over 480 bright and accessible stores and more than 11,700 employees right across Ireland.

As Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the deli, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a high-quality product offering.

You will also be responsible for team leadership, stock management, and maintaining food safety standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing brand in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Requirements:

• Previous Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in a deli or similar food retail environment.
• Leadership Skills: Strong people management abilities with a focus on training, development, and team motivation.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Food Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and HACCP guidelines.
