We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our Client Hotel kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a background in culinary arts and a keen interest in delivering high-quality dishes with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

As a Commis Chef, you will work closely with the kitchen team to assist in the preparation of meals, ensuring that quality and diversity are maintained at all times. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to menu development and share your creative ideas to enhance the culinary offerings of the hotel.

  • Assisting the senior chefs in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
  • Ensuring that all food preparation and presentation meet the hotel’s high standards
  • Contributing to menu development and recipe creation

  • Collaborating with team members to create a supportive and inclusive work environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Commis Chef or relevant position
  • Strong knowledge of diverse cuisine styles and cooking techniques
  • A passion for creating inclusive and diverse menus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus
