We are delighted to partner with a prestigious hotel group in Dublin City Centre, seeking a talented Cluster Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across multiple properties.
As the Hotel Cluster Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across a portfolio of hotels. Your primary goal is to increase revenue, build and maintain key client relationships, and promote the hotel’s services to corporate clients, event organisers, and travel agencies. You will lead a dynamic sales team to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
Our client is a well-established hotel group located in Dublin City Centre, offering premium accommodation and a range of high-quality services. Known for their excellent customer service and state-of-the-art facilities, they cater to a variety of guests, including business travellers, tourists, and conference attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth across multiple hotel properties.
- Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
- Promote the hotel group’s services, including accommodation, conference facilities, and dining options, to maximise revenue.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the hotel group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights into performance and revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably managing multiple properties.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong knowledge of the Dublin hospitality market and key corporate clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
