We are partnering with a prominent hotel group in Dublin City Center, seeking a highly motivated Cluster Sales Executive to join their sales team.

As a Hotel Cluster Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales across multiple hotel properties in the group. Your key focus will be on generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the hotel’s offerings to increase revenue. You will work closely with the sales team to meet targets and enhance the hotel’s market position.

Our client is a leading hotel group with properties in Dublin City Center. They offer premium accommodation, conference facilities, and dining experiences, catering to both leisure and business travelers. The group is known for delivering high-quality services and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively source and secure new business across multiple hotel properties.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, and travel agencies.
  • Promote hotel services and facilities to increase revenue from room bookings, events, conferences, and other offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales targets and maximising hotel occupancy.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the hotel group.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, handling inquiries, bookings, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and update senior management on performance and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry, ideally working with multiple properties or a cluster of hotels.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Dublin’s hospitality and tourism market is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel between properties as needed.
  • Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
