The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their exceptional culinary team in Dublin 4, just minutes from Charlemont Luas station.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen with precision and flair. Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef, you will ensure that high culinary standards are maintained and exceeded, contributing to the delivery of a first-class dining experience for guests.

Our client is a high-end, well-established luxury hotel located in the heart of Dublin 4. Known for its contemporary design, award-winning cuisine, and exceptional service, the hotel is part of a respected hotel group offering excellent opportunities for growth and development.

The Duties:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standard.

  • Assist in the development of new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.

  • Ensure all food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards are consistently adhered to.

  • Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

  • Work collaboratively with the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

  • Support junior team members through guidance and mentorship.

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel or restaurant environment.

  • Culinary qualification or equivalent professional training.

  • Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen procedures.

  • Creative, organised, and passionate about food with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

Salary & Benefits:
