Job Title: Chef Manager
Location: Blarney, Co. Cork
Salary: €42,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the Contract Catering Industry to search for an experienced and motivated Chef Manager in Blarney, Co. Cork.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional to lead kitchen operations within a busy and reputable hospitality venue, ensuring exceptional food quality, team leadership, and operational excellence.
As Chef Manager, you will oversee all kitchen activities, manage the culinary team, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food that exceeds guest expectations. You will play a vital role in menu planning, cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to deliver excellent food and service standards.

Plan menus in collaboration with senior management, focusing on creativity and cost-effectiveness.

Oversee stock management, ordering, and food cost control.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Monitor kitchen equipment and maintenance needs.

Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar senior kitchen role within the hospitality industry.

Strong culinary skills with a good understanding of kitchen operations and food cost management.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.

Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
