The Noel group is looking for an Experienced Chef Manager for his Catering Client in Kilkenny. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager that will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional catering experiences.

Key Responsibilities
– Plan, organize, and oversee all catering breakfast and lunch
– Ensure high standards of food presentation, quality, and service delivery
– Manage catering budgets, including cost control and procurement of supplies
– Train, mentor, and supervise catering staff to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism
– Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to create customized catering experiences
– Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations

Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– In-depth knowledge of catering operations, including food preparation, service standards, and event planning
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
– Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus

– Monday to Friday
– 7:00 am to 15:00 pm
– Permanent Contract
– Salary € 45,000
