Chef de Partie – Corporate Catering | Cork
Salary: Up to €18.50 per hour
Location: Cork City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for four skilled Chefs de Partie to join their growing team in Cork.

As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes in a premium corporate catering environment. You will support the Head Chef in preparation and service, maintaining high culinary standards while ensuring a consistent and smooth workflow in the kitchen.

Our client is a renowned corporate catering company providing innovative and upscale food experiences to global clients. Their Cork site is known for its culinary excellence, professionalism, and exceptional working conditions.

Duties Will Include:

• Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard.

• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to HACCP standards.

• Ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.

• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

• Participating in menu planning and innovation.

The Requirements:

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.

• Background in Michelin-star, 5-star hotel, or Asian cuisine is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

• Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI – visa and relocation packages are not provided.
